Cooperation with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan as a service provider for the Bohus Festival

AngoraGarnet Silfverberg AB collaborates with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan to organize the Bohus Festival in Strömstad every September. Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan handles incoming bookings and receives payments for AngoraGarnet's activities during the festival days from the festival office at Bohusfestivalen. During the festival days, Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan also handles the administration of bookings for AngoraGarnet's workshops and lectures, booked via AngoraGarnet.com. Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan is a non-profit popular education organization with the vision of a society where people grow through knowledge, insight and participation.

Due to legal reasons

If AngoraGarnet or its assets are acquired by or merged with another company, including through bankruptcy, we may share your personal data for with one of our successors. We may also disclose your personal data for to third parties when required to do so by applicable law, in connection with legal proceedings (such as for response to a request from a competent law enforcement authority, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, or the public, or to enforce contractual terms or conditions of our website).

Storage time

In accordance with applicable law, AngoraGarnet uses your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data was collected or to comply with applicable legal requirements. In the case of customer and supplier information, we retain data for 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship. After that, the data is deleted.
