The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "you") with AngoraGarnet Silfverberg AB, org. no. 559039-8763, (hereinafter referred to as "AngoraGarnet") on AngoraGarnet's website and by telephone. The terms "we, our, our and us" refer to AngoraGarnet.

By using angoragarnet.com and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document (the "Terms"). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

To purchase product(s) through our website, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian. By purchasing product(s) from our range, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions applicable from time to time and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

The availability of products or services on this site at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary, without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version available on this site at the time you place your order.

3. Prices and fees

We reserve the right to change prices in the e-shop at any time without prior notice. The prices listed in the e-shop are inclusive of 25% VAT, and exclusive of shipping. For products that statutorily have a percentage other than 25%, such as books with statutory 6% VAT, the VAT rate is corrected on the receipt accompanying the item. The total price to pay is correct. Our e-shop provider is aware of the problem that also books are listed with price including 25% VAT. The error regarding 6% VAT on books will be corrected as soon as possible.

Regardless of the ordering method, customs charges may apply depending on the country of destination and the amount of the order. We refer for the customs authorities of the recipient country for questions about customs duties and possible customs handling fees. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we do not reimburse any customs duties and customs handling fees.

The shipping cost for goods ordered via the e-shop is indicated in the payment window. We reserve the right to correct any printing and typographical errors with notice to you.

We try to avoid sending placed orders in multiple shipments, but if we cannot deliver your order in its entirety, we reserve the right to split it over multiple shipments. We will not charge you for additional shipping costs for subsequent shipments in this case. Any customs duties and customs handling charges may apply to split shipments.

Prices may vary between prices in our physical store and online.

4. Placing an order/establishing a contract

You can place your orders via the e-store in this website, or by e-mail or telephone. These general terms and conditions also apply when ordering by e-mail and telephone. We always require prepayment, the order is only considered placed when payment is received.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method you used to place your order, to the extent possible. If for any reason the refund must be made by another method, we will contact you to ensure for that the refund can be made.

5.2 Prepayment via PayPal

At the checkout of the e-shop, you can choose PayPal payment. You can pay with PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. You can invoke your right of withdrawal by sending a notice by e-mail to info@angoragarnet.com. There is a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website that you can use as an alternative.

Whichever way you use, the written notification must reach us within 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods. You must then return the goods at your own expense, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If possible, please return the product(s) for which you are exercising your right of withdrawal in their original packaging. It is up to you to decide how you want to return a product for which you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the goods during the return until we have received them.

When returning from outside the EU, you must mark the package "Returned to sender" to avoid customs duties and customs handling charges on the return.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal for all or part of your order, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods, excluding the shipping fee. The refund will be made as soon as possible after the returned goods have been received and accepted by us.

If you have returned goods from outside the EU and the return package is not clearly marked "Returned to sender" and we have to pay customs duties and customs handling fees to redeem the returned goods, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the order amount before refunding the remaining amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods. Custom-made goods are indicated as custom-made goods in the order before the goods are sent for you.

Any customs duties paid by you for the customs authority of the recipient country in connection with your purchase will not be reimbursed by us.

7. Right of exchange/complaint

In the case of an exchange, complaint or return, you are responsible for the product during the return until we have received it. Always save the delivery note until the return is completed. If you have requested an exchange of goods in connection with your return and the product(s) are in stock, your exchange goods will be delivered as soon as possible. Normally, we send your item within 10 working days of receiving it, but it may take longer. We need time if the desired item is to be produced first. You are not entitled to exchange goods that have been used or yarn with a removed or broken banner.

7.1 Right of exchange

In case of an exchange of your product, you pay the return shipping and shipping for the new product. If the item is faulty or misdirected, we pay for the return shipping.

7.2 Complaints

The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transportation - inform us as soon as possible in writing for our email address info@angoragarnet.com.
Please note that you must notify for us of the defect 'within a reasonable time' of discovering it. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the fault, you have made a complaint within a reasonable time.

If, after having been in contact with us, you wish to return the product, the product should be sent to for Pernille Silfverberg, AngoraGarnet Silfverberg AB, Nöddö Rörmyr 1, 452 97 Strömstad, Sweden.

When we receive the product you want to claim, we will decide for whether the product is faulty. If there is a fault, we will reimburse you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after we receive the goods from you.

For example, a knot on the yarn in a ball of yarn or uneven color pigmentation of a hand-dyed yarn is not a material or manufacturing defect in this sense, and we do not pay return shipping for the return of goods because of this. Yarn that pills after being knitted and worn is not considered defective, but a natural process resulting from body heat and friction, some maintenance is required to keep the knitted garment looking good. 8. Reimbursement

The way in which refunds are made depends on how you chose to pay for your product. Below is information on refunds for each payment method.

If you have paid via PayPal or Payson or Swish, the amount for will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.

If you have paid for our bank transfer or bank account, please indicate the bank, account number and account holder you wish to refund for.

9. Deliveries

AngoraGarnet aims to ship orders as soon as possible and as far as possible in the order in which they are registered with us. However, our business is small and specific so it is difficult for us to prioritize customer contact at for all times; care of our angora rabbits is always the first priority and in periods of holidays or high order intake, deliveries may take longer than usual. Our goal after receiving your order is to ship your order within 10 working days. Please understand the uniqueness of our operation which cannot be compared to any other production operation in the world. Yarn may need to be hand-dyed and knitting kit produced as orders are received. Please understand that production and processing of orders takes longer than e-commerce in general.

The time it takes between the delivery being delivered to for the postal distributor Postnord and your order being available for collection at a postal agent or in your mailbox may vary depending on the size, weight and value of the delivery and its destination. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping method in each case. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

We usually, but not always, use the following shipping methods:

Items weighing less than 150 g including packaging are sent by letter or registered mail.

Shipments for address within Sweden weighing between 150g and 2 kg, maximum dimensions 34 cm x 24 cm x 7 cm including packaging are sent as a registered letter or registered with Postnord.

Shipments for address within Sweden over 2 kg or that are larger in volume than 34 cm x 24 cm x 7 cm are sent as registered mail, or as "Skicka Lätt" with Postnord. Alternative shipping methods may be available. You are welcome to contact us for further information on how your order will be shipped.

Shipments for address outside Sweden over 150g are usually sent as recommended by Postnord. Alternative shipping methods may be available.

10. Support and availability

Due to the special and labor-intensive business of producing angora wool from our own angora rabbits and hand-dyed yarns where much depends on one or a few people, we are unfortunately not able to be available by e-mail on a daily basis. We try to answer questions via e-mail within 2-3 days. During vacation time, participation in markets and fairs, training courses and high order intake and possibly other special circumstances, we may have limited availability and limited support for longer than 2-3 days. You are welcome to try by phone for a faster response.

11. Color reproduction of our products

We strive to display as accurately as possible the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors. However, the colors you see on angoragarnet.com are dependent on your computer screen, mobile phone screen or other display and we cannot guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce the colors to match reality.

12. Transfer

AngoraGarnet reserves the right to assign or pledge to a third party payment claims, including instalments that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the goods.

13. Validity of the clauses

The invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement by any court or regulatory authority shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

14. Holders of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on angoragarnet.com are the property of AngoraGarnet Silfverberg AB or licensors such as Bohus Stickning. Any use of angoragarnet.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of AngoraGarnet.

15. Other

15.1 Do not send advances by letter

We are not responsible for money, checks and stamps sent by letter.

15.2 Fraud

AngoraGarnet wants to provide the best possible online experience. To enable this, we need to ensure that our services work optimally. You understand and agree that not:

  1. publish, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could harm or have an adverse effect on our company, our business, our products or services
  2. act in a manner or use a device that restricts, impedes, interferes with or completely stops any other user from using or enjoying the angoragarnet.com website, or that affects the security of the website; or
  3. Use any device or attempt to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website or copy content from the Website.

In the case of users who breach this clause or any other clause of these terms and conditions and in the event that we have reason to suspect fraud, data breach and/or other misuse of our website, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the for website, cancel their purchases and close their accounts.

We report all fraud and data breaches and attempts for to do so to the police.

16. Force Majeure

We are exempt from penalties for failure to perform a certain obligation under these General Terms and Conditions if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays performance. Exempting circumstances include actions or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or major accident. Force Majeure includes official decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc. or an abnormal decline in the market.

17. Personal data

AngoraGarnet is responsible for processing the personal data that you provide for us such as name, address, mobile and telephone number and e-mail address. We will process your personal data to be able to administer your purchases, fulfill our contractual responsibilities when selling for you and for marketing purposes. We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

As part of our marketing, we may analyze information, including personal data, about your purchases and your activity on our pages, on social networks and on our website. For example, we may process your personal data to use Google Analytics to customize the ads and offers you see based on information about your previous browsing and to develop our products and services.

Since we use Google Analytics, your personal data will also be disclosed to for Google. We also see you as a customer during the time that your warranty period runs on the product(s) you have purchased from us.
